RAJOURI, Apr 14: As a part of the Rajouri Day celebrations, the District administration Rajouri, in collaboration with Rotary Club Rajouri Grand, organised a Mega Health Camp with the medical support of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Super-speciality Hospital, Kakryal (Katra).
The camp witnessed huge participation from the public, with hundreds of patients availing free medical consultations and diagnostic services. Two state-of-the-art medical screening buses deployed by the hospital were the centre of attraction, offering advanced screening and on-the-spot check-ups.
Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma, visited the camp, interacted with the medical team, and also underwent screening himself. He lauded the initiative and said, “The participation of the public was beyond our expectations. It reflects the growing awareness among people to take proactive steps for their health and well-being.”
Senior specialists from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspeciality Hospital including Dr Bhanu Pratap (Internal Medicine), Dr Vishav Dev Singh (Gastroenterology), and Dr. Shamim (Pulmonology) provided expert consultations during the camp. The attendees received specialty screenings, general check-ups, and free diagnostic services.
