JAMMU, Nov 24: Frontier Headquarter BSF Jammu organized medical awareness camp on liver disorders and conditions leading to situations requiring liver transplant under the guidance of Ram Awtar, Inspector General Frontier Headquarter BSF Jammu.
The camp was inaugurated by Kamlesh Singh, President BWWA, while Hardeep Singh, DIG/PSO supervised the medical camp.
Dr KS Kumar, Commandant Medical Frontier Headquarter BSF Jammu organized the medical camp and presented welcome address.
Dr A S Soin, Chief Hepatobiliary/ Liver Transplant surgeon and Chairman, Medanta Institute of Liver Transplant-ation and Regenerative Medicine delivered lecture on liver disorders and management. Sukesh Theraja, Sudhanshu Sharma and Ashutosh Gupta were present during the medical camp.
150 BSF personnel including officers, ladies, SOS and jawans were present during the medical camp.
Dr Bhupinder Singh, Dr Abhishek Sharma, Dr Wazid Kanth and Dr Pallavi Sharma worked hard in making the medical camp a grand success.
