SAMBA, Mar 12: One Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrim died due to cardiac arrest near Sarore area of Samba district on Jammu -Pathankot NH today.
According to the Police, one pilgrim namely Doulat Ram, 55, son of Bikhari Dass of Sasni district, Hathras UP was on way to Mata Vaishno Devi, Katra for pilgrimage but when he reached Sarore area he suddenly suffered from chest pain and couldn’t breathe easily. With the help of locals and Highway Police Squad he was shifted to Vijaypur Hospital for treatment where doctors declared him as brought dead. The body of the deceased was shifted to CHC Ramgarh for postmortem.
