Massive Hindu congregation stresses on spirituality

KISHTWAR, Dec 8: A big Hindu congregation was held here today to celebrate the rich heritage, spirituality and cultural unity of Hindus.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from people of all ages and backgrounds at all parts of the district including Shri Gori Shankar Mandir Sarkoot, Tulsi Nagar and Shri Ram Mandir, Semna Colony.
This vibrant gathering resolved to foster communal harmony, promote traditional values and provide a platform for cultural exchange and spiritual enrichment.
The congregation saw devotees, scholars, artists and community leaders coming together to honour deep-rooted traditions and spiritual philosophies of Hinduism.
Keynote speakers included renowned spiritual leaders and scholars who shared insights on the timeless wisdom contained in Hindu scriptures, the importance of preserving cultural heritage and the role of Yoga and meditation in modern life.
Food stalls offering authentic regional delicacies delighted the attendees, providing a taste of local culinary heritage. The event attracted a wide audience, including families, students, professionals and spiritual seekers highlighting its inclusive and welcoming spirit.
While speaking on the occasion Prehlad Bhagat expressed gratitude to sponsors, volunteers and participants for making the event a memorable and impactful occasion.
Sanatan Dharm Sabha president, Mahant Ram Sharan Dass Ji Maharaj, Jai Bhawani and many others addressed the gathering.
