SAMBA, Dec 21: State President BJP SC Morcha and MLA Samba Dr Devinder Kumar Manyal today conducted tour of border area and kick started various development works.
During his visited, Manyal inaugurated 3 newly installed transformers each in village Sinki, Sadoh and Kungwala.
Manyal also started lanes and drains work of worth Rs 30 lakhs in Rehani, Bain, Kungwala, Sadoh and one boundary wall of bathing ghat in Bain Camp.
He also interacted with the locals who apprised him about some important issues regarding safe drinking water, which was a big concern of the area.
Manyal assured them that very soon he will release the amount from his CDF if the department fails to do so. On the occasion the local public also raised the issue of ration anomalies. He assured them that the issue was already under his consideration and the concerned officials have been issued direction to rectify the shortcomings within minimum time frame.
The lane and drainage system was the long pending demand of the locals, they said that very particular lane and drain was in dilapidated condition for past several years, and the previous regime did nothing.
He further added that the development works which received a small brake, due to ongoing rainy season in the State will be taken up in hand on war footing.
Later while touring Bainglad village a public meeting was organized, in which Manyal assured that he will complete all the pending works especially the work on the link road of the village Bain and Chakla Camp.
BDO Samba Malvika, AEE PDD Kewal, JEs, SI Deepak Bharti, District President Samba Janghbir Singh Chikoo, Mandal Samba President BJP Sanju, District Pardhan SC Morcha KC Bhagat, Sanjeev Padha, Naresh Amba, Mohinder Pal Bika, Sonu and BJP party workers and locals accompanied the MLA.
