UDHAMPUR, Mar 22: Balwant Singh Mankotia, State president Jammu Kashmir National Panthers Party has strongly opposed the levying of toll tax in Jammu Pardesh at Ban Talab today.
Mankotia said that this is first installment to the people of Jammu just after formation of BJP-PDP Government in the State by imposition of zajia at Ban Talab, Jammu.
In this regards Mankotia met with RP Singh project Director National Highway Authority of India ad submitted a memorandum and demand for closure of toll plaza, Mankotia also submitted the copy of memorandum to Nitan Gadkari Union Minister for Surface Transport, Chief Minister Jammu Kashmir and R&B Minister J&K.
