JAMMU, Apr 8: Joginder Pal son of Jagdev Raj resident of Gurah Brahmana Patoli has sought help from the public at large.
Joginder being poor and physically handicapped by one leg, having three minor children and a handicap ailing wife is undergoing treatment at Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu.
He is not having proper source of income. He too wishes to start some small business of its own, but unable to do, being source-less.
