JAMMU, Oct 22: A pedestrian was knocked to death by an unknown vehicle in R S Pura area of city outskirts.
“The deceased was identified as Prem Chand son of kala Ram, resident of Gharana,” a police official said, adding, the mishap occurred near Kali Temple.
He said that the body of the deceased was shifted to Sub District Hospital R S Pura for postmortem while a case FIR number 203/2020 under Sections 279/304 IPC was registered in this connection at police station RS Pura.
