JAMMU, July 11: A 55-year-old man was injured in attack by another person in Keran area here.
As per police sources, a man identified as Sachin Bhagat, son of Bansi Lal, a resident of Keran attacked a man identified as Ashok Kumar Sharma (55), son of late Kasturi Lal of Keran Bantalab District Jammu injuring him critically. The attacker also snatched cash from the injured person.
The injured person was shifted to Government Hospital Sarwal and later shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu. He was later taken to a hospital outside J&K for advanced treatment.
A case under FIR Number 190/2021 under Sections 341, 323 and 382 IPC has been registered at Police Station Domana and hunt has been launched to nab the attacker.
