JAMMU, Oct 23: One person from Anantnag district of Kashmir was arrested with approximately 26 grams of heroin-like-substance from General Bus Stand area here today.
Acting on reliable information, one Faisal Bashir of Azadpura, Anantnag, was arrested with the consignment from Kabir Basti, BC Road, General Bus Stand, Jammu, by a team of Police Station General Bus Stand, police sources said.
Accordingly, they said, the accused was booked in case FIR number 62/2025 under sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Bus Stand Jammu and further investigation taken up.
