JAMMU, June 7: One person was arrested by police in Bakshi Nagar area here today for allegedly stealing the power supply units from an advertising board.
On the complaint of one Rohit Gupta of Gandhi Nagar Jammu, who alleged theft of power supply units from an advertising board near the Super Specialty Hospital Jammu, one person identified as Rohit Verma of Peer Mitha, Jammu, has been arrested and 8 stolen power supply units have been recovered from his possession, a police official said.
He further claimed that the accused individual has been booked in case FIR number 67/2025 under section 303(2) BNS registered at Police Station Bakshi Nagar and further investigation taken up.
