RAMBAN, Feb 16: Ramban police arrested one person and recovered 24 pouches of liquor near Bus Stand late evening.
A police spokesman said that, on specific inputs, police team from Ramban police arrested a bootlegger and recovered 24 quantity of illicit liquor pouches from his possession.
He has been identified as Khem Raj son of Amar Nath resident of Kanga, Ramban.
An FIR number 20 under 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Ramban and investigation started.
