UDHAMPUR, June 30: A middle aged man was found dead under mysterious circumstances at Parla Joffer in Ramnagar where he had gone for grazing his goats, here today.
The deceased was identified as Janak Singh Thakur (54), son of Chandu Ram, a resident of Parla Joffer. He was found dead and there was an injury mark on his head , which seems to have been caused by some shooting stone and proven fatal.
Police shifted the dead body to hospital for postmortem and later it was handed over to the family members for the last rites. A case under Section 174 RPC has been registered in this connection for further investigation.
