RAJOURI, Oct 13: A youth was found dead under mysterious circumstances. In Manjakote area of Rajouri district last night.
The deceased was later identified as 32-year-old Mohd Layaqit, son of Mohd Sadeeq, resident of Katar Mal village, in Tehsil Manjakote. His body was lying at an isolated place near the road.
Upon receiving an information, SHO Manjakote, Imran Khan, along with his team, promptly reached the spot and shifted the body to the local hospital for necessary medico-legal formalities.
The Police have started investigation to ascertain the cause of death. SHO assured that a fair and thorough investigation into the case to the family and relatives.
