JAMMU, Jan 24: A 45-year-old man was found dead under mysterious circumstances here today.
Chanchal Singh son of Isher Dass of Purmandal fell unconscious near the premises of Lucky Caterers, Shakti Nagar, a police official said. He was taken to Government Medical College Jammu, where doctors declared him as dead on arrival, he said.
Police have shifted the body of the deceased to the mortuary of the hospital for performing autopsy while as inquest proceedings have been initiated to ascertain the cause of his death.
