SAMBA, Aug 17: One person died after the scooty he was driving was hit by a speedy vehicle near Teli Basti in Bari Brahmana today. He has been identified as Kuldeep Kumar, 50, resident of Trikuta Nagar.
Police said he was severely injured in a road accident at Teli Basti, Bari Brahmana after his scooty was hit by a speedy vehicle.
He was shifted to GMC Jammu in a serious condition by his friend where he succumbed to his injuries. His dead body was shifted to mortuary for post mortem and legal formalities. The Bari Brahmana police have registered a case under relevant sections of law in this regard and started investigation.
