UDHAMPUR, Apr 18: A pedestrian died after being hit by a motorcycle in Tagan village of Ramnagar today.
The deceased has been identified as Kuldeep Kumar (53), son of Chet Ram Baghat, resident of Tagan.
As per police, the deceased suffered injuries after he was hit by a motorcycle (JK14K-5383) at Tagan.
He was first taken to Sub District Hospital Ramnagar and later referred to District Hospital Udhampur, where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment, police said.
After post-mortem, the body was handed over to the family, they said.
Meanwhile, a case under FIR number 50/2025 U/S 281/125(a) BNS has been registered at Police Station Ramnagar and further investigation taken up.
