HANDWARA, July 15: A man today committed suicide by hanging himself at his home in North Kashmir’s Handwara town, police said today.
Police said he was identified as Bashir Ahmad Khatana, son of Shams-ud-Din of Khudi Mawar, Handwara. Khatana was shifted to hospital where he was declared brought dead. Police has initiated investigations under Section 174 CrPC in this regard.
