JAMMU, Feb 4: Border Police Post (BPP) Kirpalpur arrested a man along with illicit liquor bottles.
As per police sources, on specific information a team from BPP Kirpalpur laid a naka and intercepted a motorcycle bearing registration number JK02BA-9050.
During checking, police team recovered 8 bottles of illicit liquor from the possession of the rider and arrested him.
The arrested person was identified as Ravi Kumar, son of Chaman Lal, a resident of Nai Basti.
A case under FIR Number 13/2022 under Section 48 (f) Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Kanachack and investigation started.
The arrest was made under the supervision of SHO Kanachack Inspector Kunal Singh Jamwal and SDPO Domana Sunil Singh.
