JAMMU, June 20: Domana police arrested a man along with 50 illicit liquor pouches.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Domana police station laid a naka and intercepted a scooty bearing registration number JK02BL- 8288.
During checking, police recovered 50 pouches of illicit liquor from the dickey of the scooty and arrested the rider, who has been identified as Harvinder Singh, son of Jaspal Singh of Marh Bagh.
A case under FIR Number 199/17 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Domana police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Domana Inspector RS Rana made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Domana Verinder Singh and SP Rural Arun Gupta.
