Sir,
Inspite of Swacch Bharat Abhiyan the declaration of Jammu city as the dirtiest city in the J&K and figuring at 251st rank in the country in recent Swatch Sarveshan-2017 is no doubt unfortunate for all Jammuites, but at the same time we are equally responsible for not maintaining cleanliness in the city.
To hold Govt agencies responsible is not justified. Let us work together for removing Jammu city dirtiest rank to Smart City rank in the country in the next Swatch Sarveshan-2017.
