Make Bhaderwah hospital accessible

Sir,
The people of Bhaderwah tehsil in general and the locals of Bhaderwah town in particular are much disturbed due to shifting of above mentioned hospital at village Gwari, located on road side of Doda-Bhaderwah Road just 3 kms away from Bhaderwah Town.
Spread over 50 kanals of lush green plateau, the hospital building built with latest technology and well furnished with 100 bedded facility in a pollution free environment is a blessing for the locals.
The patience is satisfied with the treatment he gets here. But the attendants of the patient who bring him to the hospital have to spend lot of money from Bhaderwah City Bus Stand as the 3- wheelers charge huge money which is beyond the capacity of an ordinary person.
This is because of the reason, that this hospital which is connected with other interior existing bridle paths need their upgradation. The interior bridle paths which need to be upgraded to motorable roads were sanctioned by the Commissioner/Secretary Public Works Department during the tenure of then CM Gh Nabi Azad through PWD agency.
To connect this hospital and Animal Breeding Centre from village Udrana to cater the need of surrounding villages namely Kotli, Sarol Bagh, Rainda, Wazir Kotle and half of Bhaderwah Town right from Boys Hr Sec School to Mohallah Khakal is of great importance. The work is in progress through PWD agency but at village Dandi it negotiates a culvert which though stands tendered for the last 6 months has not been started by the allottee for reasons best known to the concerned authorities. The length of this road is off 1 Km only and is passing through fields but for the last 3 years it has not been completed so for.
To connect this hospitals from village Gatha through existing 6 ft wide and 700 mtrs long road built by REW, work is also pending for the last 3 years. This work needs to be expedited and completed as early as possible by the PWD.
Similarly to connect this hospital from Neoji through a bride path of 6 to 8 ft in width constructed by REW has not been started by the PWD authorities. The length is not more than 600 mtrs and is passing through fields only.
Hence if this hospital and AB Station are once connected with the above mentioned shortest link roads the inconvenience being faced by the commuters at present will be minimized to a great extent.
Above  all the old hospital building is lying vacant at present. This building can be utilized for housing para medical institute alongwith out door patient facility for the general public.
Hence the State Government is requested through this paper to please mitigate the grievances being faced by the public at its earliest.
Yours etc…
