JAMMU, Dec 27: The Jammu and Kashmir Power Development Department (PDD) has issued a major administrative order sanctioning the placement of 40 In-charge Assistant Engineers (Electrical) as In-charge Assistant Executive Engineers on an officiating basis.
This group of promotees consists of 25 degree holders and 15 diploma holders.
Consequent to these promotions, the Government also ordered the immediate transfer and posting of 77 engineers across various wings, including JPDCL, KPDCL, JKPTCL, and JKPDC, to fill available vacancies and optimize departmental operations.
