JAMMU, Dec 4: Kushal Magotra, a prominent hotelier and president of Hotel & Restaurant Association, Patnitop alongwith Sanjay Gupta, a renowned businessman of Jammu dealing with wood, real estate and other businesses, have been appointed as Co-Chairs of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) Jammu Region Chapter by Hemant Jain, president PHDCCI.
The announcement comes shortly after Rakesh Wazir assumed the role of Chair of PHDCCI Jammu Region.
Magotra’s expertise in hospitality and Gupta’s extensive experience in different businesses are expected to provide a dynamic boost to PHDCCI’s efforts in fostering economic growth and supporting businesses community in Jammu Region.
Rakesh Wazir while speaking on the occasion, said that PHDCCI established in 1905, is one of India’s oldest and most influential Chambers representing industries across all sectors, and with a strong presence in Jammu, it plays a vital role in promoting entrepreneurship, trade, and tourism through advocacy, knowledge-sharing, and policy recommendations.
