Filling of M forms for migrants before going to cast vote has been made compulsory by the election Commission of India. This process is difficult and needs modification as has been voiced by migrants time and again. Migrants who stand listed in the voter list be allowed to vote and filling in of M Forms process should in no way stop migrant voter for using his fundamental right. Migrants are citizens of India and why this discriminatory treatment with them? Since our Parliament election is in motion and as has been found that a good number of migrant M forms have been rejected without any advance knowledge to the voter with the result large number of migrant voters have returned disheartened. This is injustice towards the voter. The Election Commission of India may review the system of voting so far as migrant are concerned and such cumbersome process be simplified or made easy so that eligible voters can vote in the democratic process of the country.
