Like PDP, BJP will sacrifice its principles to remain in power: Omar on beef row

SRINAGAR: Upping the ante on the coalition government over suspension of the Additional Advocate General (AAG), Jammu and the Deputy Advocate General (DAG) over beef issue, former chief minister Omar Abdullah said like the Peoples Democratic Party, BJP will also sacrifice its principles to remain in power.
Don’t worry, like Mufti Sb & his party the BJP will also sacrifice its principles to remain in power. Keep watching, Mr Abdullah, who is the working president of National Conference (NC), wrote on micro-blogging site twitter.        Jammu and Kashmir Government yesterday ordered the disengagement of AAG, Jammu Vishal Sharma and DAG, Jammu Parimoksh Seth with immediate effect.
Though no reason was given for their disengagement, it is being said that the government has taken very serious note of the AAG and DAG, who failed to defend the beef case in the High Court.
Accusing the PDP-led government of failing to deliver on their promises, Mr Abdullah said the party will now replay 2008 to try and get people to forget their sins.
They have failed to deliver on their promises so they will now replay 2008 to try & get people to forget their sins, he wrote.
In 2008, the PDP pulled out support from coalition government with the Congress over Amarnath land row. (UNI)
