Liberate PoJK, Sikhs fully support Indian Army: SUF

JAMMU, May 9: While supporting Indian Army for its action on Pakistan after Pahalgam terror attack, Sikh United Front today appealed to the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi to liberate Pak occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) from Pakistan.
Addressing an emergency press conference here today Chairman of the SUF, Sudershan Singh Wazir said that all Sikhs located anywhere in India and abroad stand with the Govt of India in support of action against terrorism. He further said that Sikhs fully support the valour and determination of Indian Defence forces and commended the action initiated on Pakistan against its terror activities, which Pakistan has been sponsoring all along in Kashmir and other places and recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam has now compelled us to give a befitting reply to Pakistan and its terrorist organizations.
Wazir strongly condemn the attack on Dera Nanagali Sahib Poonch and other religious places like Masjid, temple etc in Nowshera and other places in Punjab and has warned Pakistan that Sikhs all over the world shall not tolerate any attack on any religious places much less the Sikh Gurdwaras. He further said that Sikhs have the history of avenging the desecration of their religious places, therefore, Pakistan is warned not to senselessly shell the civilian areas and must follow the ethics of a conflict.
SUF leader congratulated the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi and the Union Government and all State Governments and also all the political parties irrespective of their ideology standing with Govt of India in this hour of reckoning, when Government of India is taking all measures required to teach a lesson to Pakistan and terrorists.
Wazir appealed to Government of India especially PM Modi to take steps towards liberating PoJK which is held by Pakistan illegally. He said that the displaced persons from PoJK and the whole country shall rejoice the implementation of the commitment made in the Parliament through a unanimous resolution to get PoJK with Kashmir and India. Heads of various Sikh organizations were also present on the occasion.
