LEH, Dec 20: Rinchen Lhamo was today appointed as a Member of the National Commission Minorities from this district in the Union Territory of Ladakh.
Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh RK Mathur, CEC Hill Development Council Leh Tashi Gyalson and Executive Councilor Minority Affairs Ghulam Mehdi Ashoor have extended their congratulations to Lhamo for the appointment.
