JAMMU, Oct 12: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha released a book of Punjabi Poetry “Mele Pattanan De” authored by noted writer Padma Shri Dr. Jitendra Udhampuri, at Raj Bhawan, today.
The Lieutenant Governor congratulated the author and complimented him on his contribution to the literary world.
Meanwhile, his Holiness Acharya Dr. Lokesh Muni Ji, Founder, Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti and World Peace Centre called on Lieutenant Governor and discussed his ongoing initiatives to promote peace, harmony and inter-faith dialogue and establishing J&K Chapter of Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti.
He was accompanied by Sandeep Jain, National Secretary, All India Jain Conference and Pankaj Jain, Patron, Bharatiya Jain Sanghatna, J&K.
Advocate Ankur Sharma, BJP Spokesperson also called on Lieutenant Governor today.
Subsequently, Vandana Kumari, former Sarpanch, Flora Nagbani Jammu also called on the Lieutenant Governor.
