JAMMU, Dec 31: Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha, has expressed grief over the untimely passing of Sunil Angral, an officer of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS).
In a condolence message, the Lieutenant Governor has said:
“I am deeply pained to learn of the untimely demise of Shri Sunil Angral. I offer my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and pray for peace of the departed soul. Om Shanti,” he said.
