JAMMU, Aug 29: On the recommendations of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission and Departmental Promotion Committee, the Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Department has ordered the promotions and regularisations of several officers.
As per an order, Gufran Afroz Bandey, Senior Law Officer has been promoted as Additional Secretary to the Government in the Jammu and Kashmir Law Officers (Gazetted) Service in the pay level-12.
Another order said that two Assistant Legal Remembrancers Suriaya Saleem and Zahoor Ahmad Ganie have been confirmed/regularised as Deputy Legal Remembrancers in the Jammu and Kashmir Legal (Gazetted) Service in pay level 11.
Similarly, a separate order said that Sheikh Abdul Rouf, Associate Law Officer has been confirmed/regularised as Assistant Legal Remembrancer in the J&K Legal (Gazetted) Service in the pay level 8.
As per a different order, Mohammad Muneer Wani, who was serving as In-charge Editor in the Directorate of Urdu Coordination Cell, has been confirmed/regularized as Editor in Pay Level-8.
