JAMMU, June 21: Greater Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha (GJCMS) today nominated SP Langer as president of the Sabha. The Chief patrons and patrons were also nominated in meeting held here today.
According to press release, Jugal Mahajan, S K Gupta (Retd Justice), T R Gupta, Yash Pal Gupta (President All India Mahajan Sabha), S C Jandial (IAS Retd) and Arun Kalsotra (social worker and leading businessman) were nominated as Chief patrons of the Sabha. Bal Krishan Gupta (zonal president All India Mahajan Sabha), Jia Lal Gupta (Retd Director Animal Husbandry), Prem Pal Gupta (Retd IGP), Rattan Lal Gupta (Advocate and Former MLC), N R Gupta (social worker and leading businessman), K L Gupta (Retd CE), S K Gupta (Retd CE), Vidhya Sagar Gupta (Retd Session Judge), M M Gupta (Retd Session Judge), Y R Gupta (Retd Railway Superintendent), Vinod Mahajan and Nirmal Gupta(social worker) have been nominated as patrons.
Earlier, Er S P Langer, who was member of executive committee and patron of Jammu Mahajan Sabha was nominated as working president to fill the gap created by demise of Kundan Lal Gupta. Er Langer has the honour to be a member of advisory board of Northern Indian Railways for two years 2001-2003, on the advisory board of BSNL J&K Circle 2002-2004 and a member of number of social organizations.
VK Singh (Retd XEn Mechanical), Varinder Gupta, (Retd. Special Secretary), KL Gupta, and SR Gupta also addressed the gathering.
