JAMMU, July 28: Keeping in view the forthcoming elections of Chairman, Block Development Council (BDC), and MLCs elected by the sarpanchs and panchs, State president, BSP, Tulsi Dass Langeh, issued directions to the leadership of Vidhan Sabha to exercise for the selection of candidates for their respective Vidhan Sabhas as early as possible to overcome communication gap between the candidate and the common man.
Addressing the workers meet at Udhampur, Langeh registered his presence as a chief guest and advised the leadership of District and Vidhan Sabha to gear up the party activities in their respective areas and accelerate the movement upto grass root level, have interaction with the common man, try to know their problems and solve them by taking up with the concerned authorities.
The meet under the chairmanship of District president, Udhampur, Prof Sukhanchand resolved to complete the organizational work and membership drive within stipulated period.
State vice-president, RL Chargotra and State treasurer, Rattan Kumar were the guests of honour on the occasion.
