JAMMU, Apr 7: A lady bootlegger was arrested with approximately 15 litres of the illicit liquor in RS Pura area here today.
One Sarfo Devi of Kanha Chak, tehsil RS Pura, district Jammu, was apprehended with the illicit liquor by a team of Police Station RS Pura during routine patrolling duty, a police official said.
Accordingly, she was booked in case FIR number 65/2025 under Section 48(a) of the Excise Act registered at Police Station RS Pura and further investigation started, he said.
