LEH, Sept 2: Union Territory Administration of Ladakh has constituted a UT level Census Coordination Committee for Census 2027.
Headed by the Chief Secretary, Ladakh, the committee shall ensure smooth planning, implementation, monitoring, timely completion and successful conduct of Population census 2027.
Administrative Secretaries of various departments, including Finance, Revenue, Planning, Housing & Urban Development, RDD, School Education and Director, Accounts & Treasuries are members of the committee while Director, Census Operations, Ladakh is its convener.
