JAMMU, Apr 17: To ensure transparency and uniformity in transfers and postings, the Union Territory of Ladakh has introduced a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for an online transfer system within the Health and Medical Education Department. The move aims to establish a structured mechanism for the annual collection and processing of transfer applications, promoting efficiency and accountability in administrative operations.
