LEH, Mar 16: In a minor administrative reshuffle, the Union Territory of Ladakh has reassigned the charge of Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor.
As per an order issued by the General Administration Department, Dr Laltinkhuma Franklin, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary, has been relieved of the charge of Secretary to the Lt Governor with immediate effect.
Meanwhile, Shashanka Ala, IAS, Administrative Secretary, has been given the additional charge of the post alongside her existing responsibilities till further orders.
