SRINAGAR, Nov 11: A delegation of Kashmiri Pandits of different organisations today called on Sri Sri Ravi Shanker head of Art of Living here, today and discussed various issues of Kashmiri Pandits with him both who are leading an exiled life outside Valley for last 36 years and those who are putting up in Kashmir.
The Kashmiri Pandit social activists including T K Ganjoo of Arya Samaj, Dr Sushil Wattal of Paruppkar Charitable Trust and its other members while seeking Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s intervention in settling the 36 year long problems of exiled Pandits who were forced to leave their houses also stressed on creation of a mechanism to uphold the Sanatan in Kashmir and preservation of all Hindu shrines and temples in Valley which are the cultural monuments.
The Kashmiri Pandits offered a shawl to him on behalf of Paruppkar Trust and also sought his blessings.
