KPCL: Satisar beats Safran by 6 wkts

JAMMU, Sept 24: Satisar CC trounced Safran CC by 6 wickets in the ongoing Kashmiri Pandit Cricket League (KPCL), being played at KC Ground, here today.
Batting first, Safran CC scored 148 runs by losing 8 wickets in stipulated 20 overs. Shail Raina made 34 runs and remained not out, while Vishal and Sidharth contributed 20 and 18 runs to the total respectively. From the bowling side, Ritik Jotshi clinched 3 wickets, while Anmol and Rahul took 2 wickets each. Ritik Jotshi has taken 15 wickets in 5 matches so far.
In reply, Anshul unbeaten 61 runs along with Shivam Koul (30 runs) helped Satisar to chase the target of 148 runs and registered 6 wickets win over the Safran CC. Suman contributed 37 runs off 38 balls for Satisar. From Safran CC, Bhumesh Bhat took 2 wickets, while Vinod and Rakesh bagged 1 wicket apiece.
