JAMMU, Dec 11: Pawan Dev Kotwal, District and Sessions Judge from Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Service has been appointed as Registrar, Supreme Court on deputation basis, initially for a period of one year with effect from December 14, 2015.
Consequent upon the appointment, Abdul Rashid Malik, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pulwama, has been transferred and posted as Director, Jammu and Kashmir State Judicial Academy in place of Kotwal.
An order to this effect was issued today by MK Hanjura, Registrar General, Jammu and Kashmir High Court.
