JAMMU, Oct 1: The Kishtwar District has plunged into darkness after the 132 KV Udhampur-Kishtwar Transmission Line of the NHPC was damaged at Sui Gawadi area of Doda District.
As per details available with the Excelsior, the transmission line got damaged after a tree fell on it in Sui Gawadi area.
As the concerned departmental authorities have succeeded in detecting the fault, efforts are underway to restore the power transmission line.
