JAMMU, June 14: Kashmiri Hindu Conference (KHC) which met here today under the chairmanship of M L Thusoo advocate admired the community members over the matured outlook displayed by them against the divisive elements within and outside.
The meeting said that these self styled elements have no clarity about the return and rehabilitation of the community but unnecessarily indulge in socio-political matters. The Pandits never took the material aspect in consideration for their return to Valley and the high sense of responsibility shown by the community from time to time needs appreciation. The meeting also appealed the community not to get involved in any controversy and also not to attach any importance to the controversial elements within the community.
The KHC leaders also lauded the role of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and her broadminded speeches and appealed the community to cast their vote enmass in her favour in ensuing elections.
The meeting was addressed by P L Koul Badgami (Convener) KHC, J K Raina Maktoom its general secretary, K L Ganjoo, M L Daftri, S N Raina, M L Koul, A K Bhat and others.
