KC International School excels in Debate Competition

JAMMU, Dec 22: KC International School won the Inter School Debate Competition, organized at KC Gurukul Public School, Udhampur today.
The topic selected for the senior category was “Is death Penalty Appropriate” in which Dipender Deep Bhat and Himakshi Wali bagged the two individual prizes as the second best speaker and best questionnaire respectively, while in the junior category, Vrinda Salgotra and Somanshi Gupta, orated on the topic “Do Celebrities Make Good Role Models?”.  In this category, Vrinda was adjudged as the best speaker.
The students worked under the guidance of Arti Sharma, Randeep Wazir, Deepali Manchanda and Divya Jamwal. The overall trophy was bagged by KCIS.
The Principal, Maya Mishra lauded the efforts of the students for this achievement.
