JAMMU, Mar 7: Kavinder Gupta will take oath as new Governor of Himachal Pradesh at Lok Bhavan in Shimla on March 10.

The oath ceremony is scheduled at 11.45 AM.
A day before, Kavinder Gupta was shifted from the post of the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh and posted as the Governor of Himachal Pradesh.
Kavinder Gupta was a prominent leader of the BJP in Jammu and Kashmir and had served as the Deputy Chief Minister and Speaker of Legislative Assembly.
