JAMMU, May 30: Dr. Tasaduk Hussain Itoo, a doctor and columnist from Kashmir, has been conferred with the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) Fellowship Award. The recognition honours his dedicated work in promoting diabetes care, education and advocacy at the community level.
The IDF Fellowship is an honorary title given to healthcare professionals who make significant contributions in the field of diabetes globally. Dr. Itoo, currently serving at Narayana Health, is also associated with esteemed institutions including the American College of Physicians (USA), Royal College of Physicians of London and Edinburgh and RSSDI.
