SRINAGAR, Sept 25: Government today ordered transfer and posting of a KAS officer with immediate effect.
According to the order issued by General Administration Department, Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar, Deputy Secretary, General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Planning and Development Department.
