This has reference to the article ‘New Recruitment Policy’ by K B Jandial DE June 28. I must say that the article beautifully presents the complete picture of Governments New recruitment policy. The author has highlighted all the major flaws in this anti youth policy of this new Govt. I am a KAS aspirant waiting for my prelims exam since 2014. This Govt is least interested to conduct the exam. Already exams have been postponed three times due to which we youth are frustrated. Also JKSSB so far has not conducted a single exam this year. Atleast the previous Govt was making every effort to run these institution efficiently.
