JAMMU, Sept 13: After patch up between Alliance partners-National Conference and Congress yesterday over formation of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Kargil, the oath ceremony of newly elected Councilors has been fixed for September 15.
The oath ceremony will be held at 4 pm on September 15 in the Conference Hall of LAHDC Kargil, official sources said.
The oath ceremony had earlier been deferred due to differences between the coalition partners on the formation of the Council.
The differences were finally resolved yesterday in the Co-ordination Committee meeting between the two parties clearing decks for oath ceremony of the Councilors, sources said.
Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tahir Khurshid Raina will administer oath to the newly elected Councilors.
