SRINAGAR, Dec 15: NC additional general secretary, Dr. Sheikh Mustafa Kamal here today urged the union government to reinstate constitutional guarantees to J&K.
In a statement Kamal said that the people of J&K have shown their unwavering support for Omar Abdullah by electing him to lead the government in J&K.
“It is now imperative for New Delhi to fulfil promises made with the people of J&K regarding the restoration of Statehood,” he maintained lauding Omar Abdullah led cabinet for passing resolution in this regard and presenting it to the PM.
The senior NC leader also said that the government led by Omar Abdullah truly reflects the aspirations of J&K people.
