JAMMU, Apr 21: In connection with installation of idols of Mata Maha Kali and Swami Kartike at Shree Raghunath Temple, J&K Dharmarth Trust today took out a ‘Kalash Yatra’ from the temple premises.
Today’s programme started with Pooja-Archana of the deities and was followed by a grand Kalash Yatra in which women devotees participated in large number.
President of Dharmarth Trust, BR Kundal, secretary, Ajay Singh Jamwal and other office bearers of the Trust were also present on the occasion.
While speaking on the occasion, Kundal informed that the Dharmarth Trust is going to organize a grand religious function at the historical Raghunath Temple on April 23 at 11:30 am to install idols of Mata Maha Kali and Swami Kartike in temple complex.
He informed that the installation of idols will be done by Chairman Trustee Dr Karan Singh. He requested the citizens in general and devotees in particular to participate in the function and seek the blessings of the deities.
